Thomas White
CEO/Pilot
Thomas White, owner of A1 White Bonding Co serving four counties in west Georgia, has spent almost his entire life working in the family business. Learning beside his grandfather, Thomas mastered the intricacies of bail bonding and fugitive recovery from a young age.
After taking over the family company, Thomas elevated it to new heights while cultivating the A1 Air & Sea Recovery partnership with longtime colleague Joey Garland. His certified pilot credentials and deep understanding of asset seizure procedures make him uniquely qualified for aviation recovery operations nationwide.
Joey Garland

Joey Garland, a native of Douglasville, Georgia, spent 32 years in law enforcement building an exceptional reputation as a fugitive investigator. After 16.5 years with the Douglas County Sheriff's Office working in all capacities, Joey's expertise caught the attention of federal authorities.
In 2004, Joey was selected to join an elite group of fugitive investigators with the US Marshals Southeast Regional Fugitive Task Force. During his federal service, he worked high-profile cases featured on Fox's America's Most Wanted and became an expert in asset seizure and associated legal procedures for recovery operations.
